Five tracks, a reasonable length for the cost. Chemical Plant are one of them British metal-banging troupes, with connections to others like Headbutt. Some of the vocals here get on my nerves a little bit, coming off sort of like when Test Dept gets preachy, but instead they're sort of psychedelic "o wow" in a way. Not bad, not as annoying as TD, but I could live without them. The music is sparse, and the rhythms occasionally do go on a bit, but despite my criticisms this is pretty listenable and interesting. I'd recommend starting with their full-length "Caveat Emptor" CD, though, if you can find it at a reasonable price.
